A major consultancy is seeking a Senior Consultant to join their Traffic Engineering*Transport Planning teams in Leamington Spa. They are seeking high calibre traffic & transportation professionals to join their rapidly expanding and successful planning and environmental appraisal team to help meet the continual growth of business across the country.
Applicants should have a degree in Transportation Planning, Traffic*Highway Engineering with 5 years experience and a thorough understanding of the legislation, guidance and software required to produce transportation assessments.
You should be proficient in the use of ARCADY, PICADY, TRANSYT, LINSIG and TRICS and skilled in the use of MS Excel and MS Word. Ability with AutoCAD, Key Lines, Auto Sign, Auto Track and MX for Windows and large area modelling packages such as SATURN, TRIPS or PARAMICS is an advantage. Evidence of preliminary highway design will be required, as will the use of all relevant legislation and guidance.
